Job Description:

As apart of our Sales Operations team, you will interact with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams as a subject matter expert in systems and workflows of the sales organization while also being responsible for the KPIs that run the entire sales organization. In addition to maintaining and monitoring the sales team dashboards, you will execute changes in the product, workflow, tools, and operations in order to increase efficiency of the sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable KPIs and reporting to the executive team and upper management; ensure scope and direction of each project(s) is on task and schedule.
  • Effectively run and oversee accurate statistics and data analysis
  • Create change based on KPIs and goals, including product, workflow, and operational changes
  • Responsible for Product and Vendor management for engineering projects related to the sales organization, specifically custom call-center software, data-capturing interfaces, dashboards, sales-training and on-boarding.
  • Interface and maintain SAAS vendors, spec-ing requirements and integrations, configuring systems, troubleshooting.
  • Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency

Requirements: 

  • BS in Engineering or another technical field
  • 3-5+ years operations experience
  • SFDC
  • Strong analytics background
  •  Inside sales understanding
